Liquidweb support team is unique, one of its kind. I have to say this, they are really good and really professional in handling technical request, and in timely matter.
I had once facing some problem with my cpanel while setup my new addon website. I had created an email ticket and send to liquidweb support team. I have to use email ticket as liquidweb doesn’t offering live chat with support, they only have live chat with sales team.
The next thing i remember is that they did reply me in time. And follow by few follow up. The email ticket continue itself after more than 5 replies.. as its a big problem, a nasty one, odd type, one of its kind. While i was scratching my head, the liquidweb support team had help me solved the problem. It was really solved and didn’t occur again.

I run a complete checking on liquidweb domain privacy thing. And appear to be liquidweb shared hosting does not offering domain privacy option for their domain name registration.
I also check on liquidweb vps hosting and liquidweb dedicated server hosting for domain privacy feature, there is none as well.
Domain privacy feature is a very good feature, and its commonly used in protecting your personal information from appearing when someone perform a whois check on your domain name.
Definately, i hope to see liquidweb hosting will someday start offering these domain privacy feature as well.
