I agree with heroic technical support of liquid web. 10x
but 100% network uptime dosen’t mean that the hosted website will have 100% uptime.

usually for user, we are concern about service uptime over the internet. will the website up running and viewable over the internet. The liquidweb service uptime report posted here are monitered over the internet, and thus reflecting the real website uptime.
